Always great drinks! The Cookie Butter Frap is delicious!The only thing that bugged us was the restroom. I walked in and there was no toilet paper and when I went back out to ask an employee to refill she said they have been out for quite a while. Why is the manager not going to VONS that is in the same parking lot to get more? The employee tried handing me their tiny little napkins. No thanks! Put a sign on the door "out of service"
Not much to say about this coffee shop. It's a coffee shop. The employees are nice. It's a good area to come grab some coffee or tea, maybe a snack, and catch up with family or friends. Maybe even to catch up with colleagues or business partners. It's definitely not as crowded as Starbucks would be, and theirs enough seating for everyone (indoors & outdoors). The only downfall is that theirs only one large table in the shop, if your looking to go with a big group. Other than that, its a comfortable place to sit and relax at, and/or to get homework, business work, or any similar work done.
The staff members were friendly and the coffee was great. This location gets 5 out 5 stars. ?☕❤
Soothing atmosphere, gorgeous decoration and tree filled petite outdoor area... that and delicious coffee. Wish I lived closer to this place and could stop by more often. I got the Brad Pitt and the Strawberry Ricotta toast. Yum!
There is ample seating inside and outside which is very nice.
We love going to this place they have all a beautiful teas and coffee and the staff is very friendly and courteous
I like to study at starbucks, and almost all of my classes are online, so I spend most of my time on my laptop. I rosy my bike to starbucks, and they changed their hours, so when i showed up it was drive thru only. I quickly rode to coffee bean, only to get their and realize that my computer was almost dead. they have almost no chargers, and one of the 2 that I was able to find was in the ground, my computer charger was too wide to fit. the other was being occupied by another gentleman enjoying his coffee. Im disappointed that for all that space, almost no chargers.
I was locked in a cab with Shari for almost 45 minutes and 3 cops were in there. I was charged $7:50 for a poisoned cup of coffee. It normally is $2.80. Thanks Gold Coast Cab. A $12 ride and a $2.80 coffee ran $35.00 and Shari was cussing saying f you 50x Jesus Christ. It was pretty crazy.

I love Coffe Bean but they have no costumer service here. Every morning I go here and I never get a simple “good morning” or “hi”. I always do mobile order, yesterday my order went through and when I got there the shop was close! And today I get there at 5:40am and it was close again! They are supposed to open at 5:30am!I get there try to open the door one of the girls saw me and didn’t even care to come tell me they were running late or any excuse. I had to call them with my phone right there and ask if they change their business hours and the girl told me they were running late!I love coffe bean and I go out of my way to stop every morning for my cup of coffe even though Starbucks is just minutes away from my work. I guess Starbucks it is.
