Bought 2 burritos and a crunchwrap supreme. Asked for extra fire sauce. Got 4 packets total for the whole order lol. Tried to ask for more, slammed window in my face.I'd let it go if it wasn't for the fact every word out of this woman's mouth was short and angry (and i mean nasty).Hey taco bell, what on earth are you doing to this person to make them so miserable? All that vitriol is making your food taste bad.
No rolling eyes, No walking away because we weren't ready immediately with our order. We just got nice pleasant service. My 5 layer burrito was delicious and my mom was very happy with her fiery hot tacos.
They don't sell tostadas anymore! Like what? I guess they have a smaller menu with old favorites gone. Food took forever; it was cold, and tortilla on the Burrito Supreme was hard like it had fridge burn. They didn't make it very big; as a matter of fact, it was tiny for what we paid. Prices have gone up like everywhere else. ?
New chicken chipotle ranch burrito was actually pretty good considering the price. Would go back again for it
Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. When I get there, they tell me I can't pick it up in the drive thru, I have to come inside. Luckily there was no one behind me in line and I backed out and went inside - which honestly I shouldn't have. Why couldn't I pick up my mobile order from the drive thru?I go inside and wait. And wait. Other people who just walked in are getting their food before me and I ordered 20 mins ago at this point. I finally ask for an update and - they tell me they haven't started making it yet! Basically spent my whole lunch break waiting at Taco Bell when I shouldn't have had to leave the drive thru at all.Aside from this, just generally they screw up orders often. I've tried complaining on their app to no avail, I don't think they even really care.Don't go to this location unless you love conflict and not getting what you pay for.
This is one of my go to’s when it’s late at night and I want something to eat. I’m a broke college kid and Taco Bell is cheap and open late when I’m studying. It’s really quick and I’ve never been disappointed.
your night lady is like mad all the time lol. I come here every two weeks or so at night and she's always mad. Update: the young blonde kid is much better
There's one lady in the mornings that I cannot for the life of me understand. And she always gets the orders wrong.
This is the worst location ever. The people that work here never get the orders correct and there is ALWAYS 1 or 2 things missing. Every single time we go.
I cannot believe how disorganized the night manager is. I spent over 45 minutes in the drive-through and it was difficult to imagine how and why it took so long. She needs some serious in-depth training. This really makes Taco Bell look bad. To run a successful Taco Bell you must be obsessed with efficiency. This lady doesn’t know what efficiency is unfortunately. I finally got my order after 45 minutes and much to my chagrin she did not give me sauce that I had asked for. Things need to change for this Taco Bell before I go back again. I would rather fire my manager then lose a customer.
