The worst Starbucks I've been to! I went here twice because it is very close to where I live... Both times the people working here thought their private conversations were more important than helping customers... they are so worried about their schedules and who's birthday party falls on which date than helping paying customers.... A manager should step in and overlook what is going on here. People stop for a quick turnaround not a 10 to 20 min wait to get a simple muffin or even coffee.... won't shop at this Starbucks ever again!
Rainy cold day, a hot coffee sounded great, too bad I wasted my money, the rain out side was hotter then the dam coffee.

I’m not 1,000 percent sure that I ordered the right drink. I was at the time, I insisted the young lady make me the drink that I had ordered for free! ?I went Karen on her. I stormed out & returned and insisted they make me my drink that I had ordered for free! I stood there standing yelling into my phone searching for the owner of the Starbucks. The lady made the drink, I am afraid to drink it, and said she would pay for it! How much is she making, minimum wage? I paid the difference and left the area. My mask and sheild could not hide what I was feeling? ?I ended up throw it away! What if she spit in it? I drove to another Starbucks five blocks away from my house in the other direction and ordered my drink. What can I say it’s the Covid-19???
I've been here once and I straight up did not have a good time. I ordered a latte with soymilk (non-dairy), because I am very allergic to dairy (I made sure to mention this to the girl at the counter). I waited for five minutes, the latte came out, I left with the latte. I was already in my car when I realized something was wrong (I only had a small sip because it's always good to err on the side of caution :) so I went back in the store. I went up to the serve station and asked the barista for a new latte and a water to ease off the reaction. 5 minutes went by, I still did not have water, and at this point my eyes were watering, I had a phat stomachache, and I couldn't stop coughing. The person next to me clearly thought I had coronavirus. I went to the girl at the cash register and repeated my request, had to wait a few more minutes before finally getting water and a new latte, and had a bad stomachache for the whole morning. looks like I'll have to stick to the arneill-las posas starbucks :,)
