Glad we finally got a chance to give this place a shot. It was pretty empty but the service was very good and the food was wonderful ordered the pork chops and they were pretty much the best pork chops I’ve ever had. The bar area was really big and it looks like they can really throw a good party in there.
Have been going there for years the food and drinks are always good. I have never been disappointed and there prices for what you get are great.
Service was excellent. Food was good but not great. Ordered the rack of lamb and fried scallops. Both were prepared as expected. Not sure if we'll be back.
Great restaurant. We went to dinner with some friends there recently. I had salmon, my husband had prime rib and the others had filet mignon. Every meal was excellent. And the bread they served before our meal.. yum!
I enjoyed our most recent visit to this restaurant. There are two sections that you can sit in. One is the restaurant bar area with dining seating and the other area is a restaurant only area. There is also a patio that has folding shutters that are closed during the cold season and open during the summer. There is a lot of room and when we went during lunch time it was not crowded at all. The bar was much busier than the dining area. They were short-staffed but the waitress tried her best to be attentive. I saw another couple do a quick lunch visit but they knew what they wanted right away and left. Our visit was a little on the long side but was pleasurable because it was a lunch date. If I was going in for lunch break from work I would have gone into the bar area where it was busier but would have a quicker turnaround. I had the seafood place and it was pretty good. My wife had a burger and onion rings. Everything was filling. As you can see from the pictures it is not modern and needs little remodeling (90s decor) but they warmth of the service really made this place shine.
Although the interior looks like a VFW and a Cocos had a love child, the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Great place for all the meats and seafood!

Sportsman Restaurant has a friendly staff and great menu with a good selection of food. It offers a full bar and nice selection of wines that pair well with their menu. Our lunch arrived shortly after ordering and it was hot and yummy! I would recommend the restaurant and plan on coming back again.

Went here for dinner, with our grandchildren since it's next door to our hotel. The complimentary rolls were delicious. The rest of our food was also quite good. The ambience and decor feel outdated. It seemed like many of the customers were "Regulars" . The prices were reasonable. We had a "Good", but not "Great" experience. Our grandchildren really liked the "Scrooge" in front (see photo)
