The pizza was delivered an hour later than the indicated time. It took 2 hours to get delivered and it was not hot, barely warm. When calling the store directly to voice concerns, no one answered and it put you to a fax machine. Horrible service, delivery, and quality of food. Not anywhere near the cost of $40 for 2 medium pizzas! At this point, I would never order from them again.
Provide the correct number of wings with sauce for the order. There was only 5 wings in my order and they did not have any buffalo sauce on them.
Shorter wait times and better value compared to your competitors
The Crust was exceptionally consistent, chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The Sauce was a superb thick & zesty italian flavor, with Pizza Hut providing the option for requesting extra-sauce. The Mozzerla Cheese was flavorful and chewy that stretches like an east-cast brand mozzerla should. Sausage is prepared like an east-coast italian spice-blend with excellent thickness and texture - overall a Pizza most befitting for a Pizza connoisseur!
I had trouble figuring out how to order a later delivery. Now that I have, it will be easier next time.
I used to go to Pizza Hut as my favorite pizzeria. I went back to see if things have changed. Well, it was poor at best. The establishment was under staffed. As I walked in to pick up my order no one around. It made me uncomfortable as I thought maybe something was very wrong. An employee showed up at the front after 5minutes. This employee was by himself ! He apologized and stated that my order was still in the oven. 15minutes later he provided my order and apologized again. When I got home opened the box it looked liked a mess. The pizza was under cooked and cold. The only thing I can say is this was not the employee fault it falls on management. The cheese Pizza was completely bad. Looks like someone replaced old one.
The pizza was fantastic. It was made just like I ordered it. I try and order extra cheese on my pizza but a lot of times it comes normal even though I paid the upcharge. This pizza was outstanding.
the pizza arrived luke-warm and 20 minutes later than promised (a total of an hour and 15 minutes)
My order was not ready until 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and they missed an item that I ordered.
