This place is not sanitary whatever crew was there 05/25/22 is very slow, provided bland food. The dinning area was filthy. The busser was standing by the trash cans trying to engage conversation with guests when there was clearly a bunch of tables with dishes and old food stains. You would think they would take pride in cleanliness to the very least with you know a pandemic going on. I will never return here. I tossed my food and wasted my money.
Wrenched. We been to dozens of these restaurant locations, and it is a family favorite for lunch. This location was a mess. The staff seemed indifferent to customers, the order was wrong, cold, and slow (despite being one of only a few customers). It's shocking that such a seemingly well run company could let this location exist.
Very bad experience at Panera bread at the Camarillo outlets. They close the door 45 minutes early and they have no excuse . Trying to say that the computer was broken and that was a flat lie. My husband was inside and when he say the computer that was working, the employee said let me see what can I do. I don’t think that’s Panera bread standards
Hit pretty hard with the recent staffing challenges. Now closes at 6pm & runs a bare bones crew. Coupled with the new smaller menu which removed the good veggie sandwiches, may be a bit until I return
No dine in, sandwich couldn't have been more poorly packaged, and soup tasted really old.These people want $15/hr! What a joke.
This place is GROSS! The water tasted disgusting, they were out of almost half of the things in the menu, the restrooms were discussing (how will the kitchen be?!), and they literally just slapped the sandwiches together. Everything was falling apart by the time we got it. Save your money, do not eat here.
There was no cheese on the salad or soup no croutons on either one and only 5 strands of onions in the soup. When you call they don’t pick up
So I went to Panera this afternoon and to my displeasure I found mold and plastic in my Mac and cheese. I called them to inform them about the issue and they hung up on me. I would expect better from Panera. For your own sake do not come here unless you want moldy Mac and cheese.
I don't have a bad thing to say àbout it. Food was fresh and tasty. Had 1/2 steak sandwich and wild rice soup. Service was very good and very polite.
I Ordered a vegetarian salad and got a salad with bacon on top I asked to re do it and they brought me the same salad without most of the bacon but with some pieces in I brought the server attention and he tried to take the pieces with his gloved fingers. Who care that has gloves , do not touch my food ! I Went to the front desk and reminded them that was a vegetarian salad The guy there asked. With chicken ? Omg ? the salad came back to me no idea if was meant but the egg has still tiny pieces of bacon Never again I wouldn’t recommend this place.
