?Despite having to repeat my order back 3 times to the person taking the orders?According to the left side of the picture she got it right ?? Unfortunately on the right side it taste exactly how it looks ? cold,stale and dry with everything on it.
Generally a good location with good service. However, would someone there be so kind as to remind the morning cooks that egg SHELLS are not among the listed ingredients for an egg McMuffin? Thanks.
The drive thru wait is usually not bad, food is, well fast food. The one real opportunity I see in this specific location is the customer service. It's obvious that a large portion of the employees are young adults and it shows. From an employee literally saying "whats up" to me over the drive thru communication system to another answering my question with a loud sigh followed by "I don't know man." Management needs to take pride in their job and train employees appropriately and hold them to a degree of professionalism.
Ordered macribs, paid money for it. Later, nobody was coming to hand out our order so we went inside. They told us mac ribs werent available. Apprently the guy who took our orders heard it as big macs. Ok whatever. The order wasnt processing. Drive thru for fast food? More like slow food. Very disappointing.
Great location and friendly staff. It’s the closest mcdonalds from the camarillo exit and nicely remodeled inside. Clean restroom and up to date touch screen ordering system adds to convenience. Restroom was nice and clean. Location is literally off the on ramp of 101fwy and the staff was nice. Seating area was clean and not busy at all at my time of visit.
We LOVE spending time with our two Grandchildren, and they asked to eat at McDonald's- so off we went! This McDonald's looked very clean and in compliance with Covid. Employees were making my grandson laugh and even gave him two Happy Meal toys ?
The young man that waited on us was very polite and professional.
Customer service is usually very nice and the employees are often kind.
Excited to see two drive threw order stations....but what the F. I unfortunately chose the inside lane which took me better part of 20 minutes. Other customers on the outside lane certainly DO NOT know how to show human kindness, common courtesy to other customers. The two cars in front of me could not merge into the pick up lane as the cars from outside lane would not allow the merge. I took these 20+ minutes to educate my 7 yr old grandson on common courtesy on every other car to merge. I sat there and watched at least 8 cars speed up in not letting cars in..you have a REAL PROBLEM, I WON'T BE BACK TO YOUR STORE.
