Tried to give this McDonalds another try, wish we didn’t.The drive thru folks taking the order can’t hear you. When receiving your order, they still didn’t get it right. Of course had a missing sandwich. My fault for not double checking the bag completely before leaving. You should be able to trust they get it right. The worst McDonald’s in Camarillo
This McDonalds seems to typically have similar reviews, whether it be bad service or food quality and I do have to agree...Usually something is wrong with my order and/or an employee is taking their bad mood out on customers.HOWEVER, when I went today I was pleasantly surprised by one employee, I think her name is Isabel, and she had "In Training" on her name tag. She was attentive, kind, and even cheery! It was truly so nice after a long day at work. It takes a really peaceful and level headed person to put in their best effort no matter the place they're employed at is. Been here many times but she made me want to review. I hope she is recognized for her efforts.
I give 5 stars to Demetra everything else at this McDonald's is horrible. Demetra is always fast and friendly. I can't wait to see Demetra as the General Manager she will make this McDonald's great again.
Choose a change of pace - and ordered 10 mcnuggets. They were hot and fresh and brought back good memories from my past. The fries were hot and fresh. The only problem was they forgot to bring my sundae, but were nice and gave me an extra one to make up for forgetting
I'm always surprised at how quickly McDonald's can deliver a cheap and hot meal. As always it's consistent and I can get through the drive-thru in typically two or three minutes at the most no matter how long the line is. They've really perfected the term fast food.
It's the closest McD, so my go-to for a quick snack on the road. The lowering (on an already low score) is because my drinks and shakes/mcFlurrys are always less full then I've experienced at other stores.
In and out. No lines still. Had very fresh fries at 11am. Restroom was clean, the outside was tidy.
Don't come to this one! Staff don't wear their masks correctly. When I brought it up to the "manager" on, she just rolled her eyes.Also, just so the public knows....people that work in the food industry are not suppose to have painted nails or fake nails. Not safe at all, next time you go to Starbucks, notice the baristas hands, Starbucks is very strict on this policy. Not McD.
Terrible experience, after having a had day looking forward to a quick lunch, young lady taking my order at drive thru RUSHED me through the line on a non busy time, did not repeat or ensure/confirm my order was taken correctly. When i went to pay she missed an item and they had to add at the cashier. Upon going to the next window and given bag with my items, another sandwich was missing and told her. She said it was not on my order. They had to charge me again so they can give me the sandwich. Did not apologize for the confusion not attempt to acknowledge my frustration. After leaving , in the bag was missing the requested creams and sugars for my coffee that i had to drink bitter. I know it's fast food,.but common what happened with basic customer service.two thumbs down.
I typically order a salad breakfast, shake, cookies, and/or cinnamon roll. Don't usually buy lunch/dinner from McDonald's
