Two stars for friendly staff, negative three stars for food quality. This McDonalds has a serious problem. I have never had a dry, cold burger and cold, super greasy fries from any McDonalds before. I did go pretty late at night, but the food quality was shockingly bad. Other locations in Ventura county seem to do OK, so whoever is running the Arneill/Las Posas restaurant needs to take a serious look at what they are teaching their employees and start some rigorous QA checks at all hours. If the food inspectors stop by, this place may get shut down, it was so bad. I know everything has gotten worse during the pandemic, but there is simply no excuse for the terrible crud they are serving here.

The worst McDonalds food I've ever tasted has come from this place. Six or seven years ago, I decided that I'm done with McDonalds in general when chicken salads came out dry and thrown together, and when they started watering down their coffee. However, I will pickup a fish filet sandwich around this time of year since my wife has an affinity for them and they are cheaper during Lint. Last Friday was the last day for this, so I picked up one for her and two for me. Both of my sandwiches had stale buns and almost no tarter sauce. One of the buns was so bad, it crumbled in my hands as I tore away the worst part. My guess is that these sandwiches were made in bulk with many others and sat in a warmer for well over an hour. This is what McDonalds has become. This particular location has sunk even lower than the average McDonalds. If you absolutely must go to McDonalds, visit the one on Las Posas (near the 101 Freeway) or the one in Mission Oaks. Stay away from this incompetent place.

It's just a McDonalds, but it's a really good McDonalds! Always hot & fresh. Download their app, it pays off in Rewards, always something free from a cone to a Big Mac. Good Deals (2 for 1 filet of fish, guarter pounders, etc.) Outstanding customer service. I'm not usually a McDonalds customer, but the rewards and deals are really tempting when you don't wanna cook.

Nice, clean, and quick service. Fries are crispy and good here compared to other Mcd. Buns come out nice as well.

Cheap price = great food I don't know how they do it but it's always great food.

When in need for a quick breakfast after church it's perfect. Can't go wrong with their originals like the egg Mcmuffin and greasy hash browns when you have a starving kid in the car.

Lines move slowly, staff consistently will have you waiting at the speaker box and not take your order so they don't start the timer. 4-5 cars in line and almost waiting 20 minutes everytime is unacceptable. When you get up to the window, the employees are having side conversations and don't address you. I've gotten soggy fries every single time at this location, on top of that the burger tastes like the timer got reset 2 or 3 times... it's a 20m max timer.... . If you want me to wait 20m, give me hot fresh fries....... I used to work at one of these. I know what it entails and how things should taste. The staff needs to do better, or get out of the service industry.

Staff is nice. Location is easy to get in and out. Always clean. Newly remodeled. Only complaint is that they frequently mess up orders. I have a new habit of checking the order before I move from drive up or walk in.

I been every McDonald's and Ventura country and by far the worst. I just want a ice coffee decaf and they said don't make it. Yea they do..except here at they McDonald in oxnard. So do they make everywhere else beside the one in oxnard. She was sell it but I not buy it. I have been going to that McDonald's for years I haven't been turned away like that. Mad customers I never be back again.

Slow drive thru.. The fries were warm. But the filet of fish burger was cold.
