Whenever my meal includes a biscuit, it's just a plain old biscuit. No butter, no honey and no jelly is ever included. Ever! Also I was told the chicken pot pie has been discontinued.

7 PM at night. The dining room is closed we pull in to the drive-through and he announces as our car reaches the speaker, “I’m sorry we just served our last car of the night“. Thumbs down. 7pm? Really? Four cars were in front of us waiting for their food.

Asked for an EXTRA CRISPY BREAST received Original. Husband got 4 tenders that were Extra Crispy when he asked for Original. They were not busy. We were the only car in drive-thru. It was before 7 pm and the Menu Board was not lit. When we told them they turned it on. We won't go back.
A huge disappointment. The chicken wasn't crispy, and the fries were limp. I guess it was not fresh, and kept under a heat lamp. . Maybe they didn't watch the commercials touting that it was supposed to be crunchy?
