This is the last time I will go to this (Santa Rosa Rd) location. I can see why others have complained about this location being disorganized. Tonight my family ordered online and planned our evening accordingly. When we arrived to pick up our order an hour later...they said "we are out of bread and we will try to get you a refund tonight if we have time to call you". Ouch!
Staff always gives preference to walking in customer, they don’t pay attention to phone or online customer, phone and online customer don’t pay their bills? Way waiting to much time, this no happens first time but every time waiting for at least more than 15 minutes, think every customer has been serving in time
The sandwich I ordered was goodIt took 25 minutes to make the chicken bacon sandwich??4 customers came in after I ordered and they all got their sandwiches before I got mine. Wasted my whole lunch break just waiting for my order.
It never disappoints. I will go there whenever I want quick fast food. 100% better than Subway.
This Jersey Mike's is always busy! They are also the quickest sandwich place around. Super friendly too
WE LOVE THEIR SANDWICHES WHEN THEY GET THE ORDER RIGHT, WHICH IS FEW AND FAR BETWEEN. TODAY, WE ORDERED PICKLES AND JALAPENOS ON A SANDWICH AND DIDN'T GET EITHER. WE WEREN'T SURPRISED AS THIS ROUTINELY HAPPENS.
Sadly this is the worst Jersey Mike's location. The employees seem so disinterested and not helpful. If you buy a sandwich that is almost 20.00 and you ask for mustard you shouldn't get the answer of we are restocking it right now and we have packets. They never even offered to open up mustard to put it on. Not the end of the world but wrong bread, blah service. For a place that prides itself on quality this location needs some staff that take pride in their work.
Ordered via app. Arrived 20 min later food was not ready. After telling staff the name on the order I sat for another 10 minutes. Had to go back to counter to ask about the order and it was sitting there. Even though they knew I was waiting they did not bother telling me my order was ready. Had I just come in and stood in line I would have gotten my order faster.
Delicious sibs, super-fast service, speedy delivery. Forget those other sub places and get your sammich here!
