Ordered over the phone today around 7:30 pm (02/21/22) and had waited longer than was told and there was no one in the store either but the two young men were talking and disregarding my order. Not only that, they were both very rude and Im not too sure but i believe one of their names is brandon. Will not be coming here again. Ridiculous.
Took 30 mins until my sandwhich was ready for a to go online order. That is just insane for a sandwich. Get it together. You're not baking a cake, ok!?
Don’t bother placing a mobile order gets you now where but yelled at to wait be have patients. 6 people working but understaffed. It’s called kick it into high gear when it’s dam lunch hour! Work ethic.
Only been here twice and had very unpleasant experiences both times with the same girl. Thought the first time was a fluke or bad day for her but clearly she’s consistently rude. Long story short, I was given a lot of attitude, and horrible customer service. Employees shouldn’t be having rude side conversations with each other right in front of the customer when you should be listening to how they want their sandwich prepared. Employees should also not be rude and nasty to fellow coworkers at anytime but especially not in front of a customer trying to order. And a food service employee definitely shouldn’t be slamming bread and food around and slapping ingredients sloppily onto a sandwich that someone is supposed to eat. And if a customer wants to cancel their order, They should be able to without being yelled at or questioned as They are walking out. I definitely will never return to this location; the service is subpar compared to the usual pleasant and friendly service I have received at other Jersey Mikes I have been to.
Apparently they don't make their bread fresh anymore. When I commented on the appearance the person behind the counter simply shrugged her shoulders. I guess fresh food is no longer an offering. Needless to say I walked out.
First time visit, it was awesome. The way they make the sandwiches... unique! Clean facility, nice staff, delicious and big sandwich.Very expensive too. For a sandwich...!?
It’s too bad because the food here is actually really good but every time I put in a pick up order they tell me it will take an additional 30 minutes after the promised time online (which already takes an average of 30-45 mins from order placed online). It takes less time just waiting in line….They should really evaluate how they manage their operation. They always seem to be struggling when I go in.
I went to get a hot sub #43 and after I ordered I waited outside with my dog. After my order was ready a young lady that worked there watched my dog while I got my food and afterwards she even brought my dog a cup of water while we ate outside. That's great service and I would likely recommend that Jersey Mike's location to everyone for their service. That was above and beyond what she did.
A new place i found in California. Better than Subway.
In terms of quality is food 5 stars. Try the 43, best Philly in ventura County and I've tried many places people swear the Philly cheese steaks smash others. Usually I have a good experience overall but lately the employees over the phone at least, have gotten very odd about how they treat you. If I ask for what sandwiches have to chicken and turkey on it they tell me to look at the menu on the website. If I place an order on another thing they say we are a bit busy so it'll be ready in 40+ min of that's OK? Jesus Christ it is their job to provide customer service and I'm in the restaurant business as well! I also personally deliver to the address itself and never act like this. I'm picking up in this case so I don't see how it becomes 40+ minutes to make a sandwich even if busy. This guy just hates his job or life in general if he carries that attitude outside of work.
