Ive gone to this Jack in the Box like 5 times already during my 30 minute lunch. Drive thru line is always long and never seems to move so I see that theres no one in the diner so figured I’ll go in for faster service. Every single time I’ve gone not one person out of the 6 or 7 in there has once acknowledged me or told me We’ll be right with you, NOT ONCE! They’re priority seems to be Drive thru, they look right at me and continue doing what they’re doing and sometimes not even doing anything! I swear I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but seriously this is the worse Customer Service ever and will NEVER go again. Can’t rate the food quality cause I’ve actually never been helped. This was today 5-5-2022 at 7:45pm.
Rude Rude went to the drive-thru they said they didn't have any sodas no flavored soda so it was very ridiculous I was angry and drove out of there with no food
Drive through didn't sense my vehicle so had to back up :) went inside just to wait 10 mins for a single item. Place may be ok at lunch but don't go after 7pm.
Ordered A sausage breakfast burrito combo, the burrito only had a bit of potato and eggs in it place is pretty clean overall and the service is quick. They could improve on making sure the syrup box for the cola machine was thrown away after using it. and including sausages in my burrito lol!
Typical drive thru fast food. Service can be a bit slow, even with no wait. Staff is very polite. They're always out of the "limited time" items (chocolate croissants, churros, Brunchfast, triple bacon burger).Owner reached out to me for feedback, so I changed from 2 Stars to 4 stars. Thank you for making the effort!
The best meal I'd had in awhile, and good service too, it was late but still the food was fresh and yummy✌️
Very clean, and quick service.
Close to my house, well staffed seems fine.
It was a single jack instead of the double I ordered and it took a little longer but everyone makes mistakes and they're under staffed because nobody wants to work these days. I'll survive I'm sure and I'll go back again either way?
I like The J I B...great menu...speedy service..and friendly.
