I love epl. Very healthful food if you order correctly. Tastes great, very inexpensive. This particular restaurant needs another worker or two. The tables need to be wiped up, the floors cleaned, the trash taken out more frequently.Toword the end of the lunch or dinner rush the dining area is kind of gritty.

I ordered a chkn tostada, BRC burrito and a side salad after work in Camarillo. Guy at drive thru asked if I wanted to add chips and guac to my order, which I declined. I drove home to Port Hueneme and realized they GAVE me chips and guac but no burrito??? I called and they said they could credit the burrito next time I'm in, and to bring my receipt. I had no receipt in the bag nor was given one. Not only that, I realized they didn't give me salad dressings AT ALL, so I virtually had no way of eating the food I just bought!!! I had to go to another store by my house and PAY for another burrito and salad dressing. SUPER inconvenient. Check your bags guys!

I was really excited to try out the birrira tacos but they were a bust. The sauce it comes with has like no flavor. Other than that, I love EPL

New shredded beef items. Ordered tacos. Got to window and they said they didn't have any tacos so how about a beef quesadilla...ok. It came with a dipping sauce which was just watered down chili, I think. It was awful. I won't go back. Post Covid has left everything much worse than preCovid and I think everyone makes more money by providing less so welcome to the new normal.

We have tried and tried and tried to give this location a chance. In short, this location sucks. They run out of menu items by 6:30. It seems that they don’t plan for dinner customers. The food is not hot, not fresh and is packaged in an unattractive manner. This location should take notes from Moorpark. I would rather drive thirteen miles to that location.

This place is a joke came here to have lunch first of all they had no customers and I was standing there for a long time. They will look at me and they won’t come over to take my order. ( blond girl with glasses)I give her my order and she got everything wrong. I ask for extra tortillas and I didn’t get any. When I told her she say i though you say no tortillas I ask for a knife and they told me they don’t have any knifes really!!!!! I ask for cups and they give me a dirty cup it looks like they get the old cups from the trash and they reuse them !!!! The owner need to take care of this restaurant and fix this problems before some one calls the main people at pollo loco franchise. Or call the the health department. The restrooms are nasty and dirty. No water comes out the faucets so i can imagine the employees washing them hands. I can believe a restaurant like this DONT have any knifes. Jesus Christ you guys have a 99 cents store down the street send one of the manages to get some !!!!!

First time eating Pollo Loco so had no expectations. The taquitos were nothing special but I really enjoyed the chicken. The green sauce was also pretty good.

Got 2 rice and cheese burritos for my nephew and they were terrible. The rice was crunchy. And there was almost zero cheese. The most basic thing and it was not edible.

Don't go to this location, they rip you off. We need a refund! We placed an order on your app on 1/8/2022 for curbside pick up. Upon arriving at the restaurant (early) we parked in the designated spot and checked-in. We waited 30 mins for our order. During that time we watched as they closed the drive-thru after about 10 cars went through and then we proceeded to call the store FIVE times after I tried to cancel the order on the app (the app instructed me to call the store when I tried to cancel). They didn't answer and we know they could see us. They simply ignored us and our order. The lobby doors were locked and there was a sign posted the lobby was closed. We finally gave up hope that our dinner would be brought out to us and proceeded to go elsewhere. This whole time our order was "In progress" on the app. Then approximately 45 mins later all of the sudden the order was marked complete. No bueno! We want our money back, we had no recourse as we sat there dumbfounded as to how this store ignored [email protected] Pollo Loco, I already did that and guess what? Crickets!

Went to the drive through 12/29 around 8:30pm, the guy who took my order sounded like he hated to be there, there was no line behind me. I got 2 chicken bowls and specifically asked for no sour creme on both bowls I ordered. I also requested a bottled water.I got my bowls with sour creme on them, a room temperature water, and no napkins.No one should be paying money for this effortless pollo loco. I’m good with faces, I’ll be back soon to even the score board
