Clean and expansive and donuts in the showcase with lots of harmful sugar and some sweet spice too and yes coffee is good too.
I was visiting the area on Friday May 13th and upon entering the Camarillo store I became I’ll. I finally approached the counter and ordered a drink. The young lady instructed me to sit down as she would bring my drink to me. After delivering the drink she insisted on bringing me a hot tea to warm me up as I was shivering. She then brought me a donut and water. She checked on me a few times. The kindness and concern of this young lady made all the difference. Not only were these she professional, she was immensely compassionate, going above and beyond her duties.By the way, I normally hate chamomile tea.. that was the best tea I’ve tasted and would definitely drink it again.Thank you for coming to my aid and being so kindhearted. It’s soooooo good but they took 20 minutes just to make me a drink! It’s good but just needs more people working there if it wouldn’t have took so long I would give it a 5/5.
Not much of fan of their coffee but I came here to try the new items on the menu.Today we tried Chive and onion mini stuffed bagels which were really good & I'd have them again. They where fresh, creamy & delicious.Also tried their bacon & cheddar omelet bites. Hot, fresh, moist & tasty!!!
I had some dunkin donuts from the Camarillo store today and without a doubt they were the worse donuts ever
Ordered a latte in the morning around 6:30..Service was very slow and the person who took my order was definitely not a morning person. She sighed, moaned and showed such an angry face while preparing the coffee. But my coffee was good...
On 11/06/21 I placed a mobile order. Upon entrance, the employee told me they didn't have most of what I requested, so she asked me to choose different donuts. I could not believe my eyes!! There were hundreds of gnats flying around the donuts. She was really going to box them up for me without hesitation. I asked for a refund because of the gnats, but because I had placed a mobile order she said she could not give me refund. I would have to go back on the app & request it from there. Well, I ordered as a guest on the app, so it wasn't that easy. I contacted corporate & they said they would connect me to the franchise owner. It's now, 11/14/21 & still no call. If they attempted, they didn't leave a voicemail. Really wish I had taken pictures of the gnats & could give zero stars for this location. What a disappointment.
Ordered 2 ice coffees for pickup plus some food and all the food they couldn’t give me because it was after 4pm. Which is fine, but why did it let me order $33 of food on their app then? Didn’t even get a refund was given a gift card. Gift cards can’t pay my credit card bill lol. And my frozen “coffee” had no coffee in it. It was just blended cream and shots of coconut cream. Was really disgusting. Never using their terrible app again.
Dunno what this place problem is with spider donuts but the first time I ordered them, I did not even receive them!! The second time I ordered extra to emphasize that I really wanted them... & Nobody bothered to decorate them for Halloween like they're supposed to; for a place that originally had DONUTS in the name I guess I would think they would take a little more pride in them. My kid just wanted a spider donut for Halloween. Failed again by Dunkin. Will be going elsewhere for donuts.
