I was surprised how good the food was, although the prices have gone a bit
I haven't eaten at Denny's in years but ended up going with my family right before a road trip,the waitress was great,there was about half a dozen tables, she was the only one on shift and still made us feel like we were the only table she had,to my surprise all the food came out good the kids got there food first,as they should and ours was right behind that,very friendly,they earned there stars tonight!
They took forever to get our food we waited about an hour or so it didn’t even look busy they never came to check if we needed refills for our drinks first time and last time coming to this location. They weren’t even friendly or they didn’t even apologize for taking that long
They were too busy and understaffed to seat me, at 10 AM for breakfast. After about seven minutes, I just left… Manager better get his act together, that’s all I have to say about this place
Smelled like dirty dishes when we came in. Took the waitress way too long to take our order, and when she did, she was very rude to my boyfriend and I. She wouldn't make eye contact with either of us, she only brought us one menu, she was on her phone while taking our order, and made the environment very tense and stressful by yelling at her coworkers. We ended up getting so uncomfortable that we left before we got our food. Not a pleasant experience.
Waitress was good. Pancakes were good. Could of used some non dairy creamer for my coffee and the place needs a double scrub
Jorge was a very good server. Unlike many more upscale restaurants he actually listened and made sure modifications and requests were accurate , so when the food arrived it was exactly what I ordered.Had the chicken broccoli bowl at other Denny's before, their chicken and presentation was better than others but quantity of rice seemed less. On an unusually rainy Monday this was a good pitstop.Like Starbucks Denny's is consistent, reasonably priced but Jorge was superior to other locations with regards to his attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Equally in a pandemic he truly sanitized tables between guests, unlike many!
Bad service here long wait times and the food wasn't cooked properly. Also very very rude staff at this restaurant
this is one of the more nicer Denny's and I really like their table and booth setup that provides more privacy and quiet. it's best to come on the off times which may be a Friday night surprisingly less occupied. staff is professional, friendly and prompt, food great and surprisingly the prices are moderate. I like having the Denny's rewards and their app seems to work pretty good too in case that's convenient.
Early 6am breakfasts make my day. Big choice selections on breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I always get good service, friendly waitresses, hot food and good portions. Honors AARP card discount. Nighttime lighting make it safe all the time. Even outdoor seating during covid. Love the Denneys Slam 9 grain pancake selection, super delicious and Huge Size.
