I wouldn’t touch this establishment with a 15 foot barge pole. The upper management in general at chipotle is scandalous and deserves all the scrutiny they get.
Very very disappointed with this visit. There was a live green bug in my salad. The rice was undercooked and hard plus the steak was super nasty and old. I will be calling in to corporate on this horrible experience.

Food was good, I actually like the Burrito I ordered, honestly it's better then most places out here ?. How ever, I did order through the app and my order wasn't ready by the time is stated. About 10 min over and that's was fine, but I did give them 3 star for forgetting to give me napkins. Napkin is a must.
So I order a burrito with chicken, white rice, pinto beans, hot red extra sour cream and cheese on there websit but instead they jacket up my order and decided to do black beans and brown rice when I did not order that and they did not do there job by looking at the TV screen of making sure to do the order right by detail and they can't used there heads wow how pathetic you guys are?
