Closes early. It's hard working night shift at the hospital to take a break and drive to here only to find out you wasted your break. Guy at the drive through said "We're closing now." I said oh sorry I thought you closed at midnight, I just took a quick break to drive here.""Sorry have a good night." Turns off mic.?♀️terrible.
I live down the street and have been to Pats before and have been disappointed more than once. I was lazy to go anywhere else so I walked in at 1:00 pm on a Monday for a burger. There was not 1 person in the place but myself. The person working acted like it was his first day. He seemed to have no clue. I asked for a cheeseburger with mayo, pickles and lettuce. He dropped the food and the fries were hot and fresh and it had 2 pieces of romain and 2 pickle spears? When he took my order I knew he was confused. Then he left and never offered ketchup. When I was halfway finished someone else came by and offered ketchup. I never did see the other guy again. Worst service ever for being the only one in the restaurant. As for the burger, average to say the least. I really wish this place was good as it's the closed restaurant to where I live.
This Jack in the Box is doing much better than they were the food is looking good and taste good

Probably the best Carl's I've had in a long time. I was driving up to Santa Barbara from the Long Beach area and got off the freeway and I was so amazed that everything was so fresh and hot and crispy.
Came thru the drive thru was told to park. Make sure to check your bag before you drive off. They won't bring you everything you paid for. Also the condiments you tell them you need will not be in your bag. Just double check your stuff bad experience here. Had to get off and get my food that they forgot to put in my bag after being told to park I expected all my food to be in the bag. I don't think that's asking for too much.
Last time we ate here my wife and I got burritos, which turned out to be the saddest, smallest, most bland thing I've even eaten at a restaurant. However, we chalked it up to a bad day.This morning we ordered from there again, however they left out a whole meal of the order, so my mother didn't have breakfast when it arrived via Grubhub. Aside from that they even left off the sausage for my breakfast sandwich.It's obvious that the food prep folks there just don't care about any kind of attention to detail for the orders, which makes me wonder about what other aspects they don't care about.I won't be ordering from this location until they figure themselves out.

Ordered dinner for the family and along with other items I received 2 fried zucchini instead of chicken stars that’s not cool especially since I didn’t order those. Also received wrong size meals when I was charge for more.
