The server was very friendly and made a great recommendation. The place is clean and there is a patio in the back for semi outdoor dining. It's a casual, but clean restaurant.I had Burmese pork curry which does not taste anything like Indian, Thai, or Japanese curry. It's savory, flavourful and not spicy. I don't know if it's authentic, but sure taste good. The only complant i have is that I was the first customer for lunch and was served a bowl of rice with dry and crusty top layer.
The food is great with a good and friendly serviceFish Curry with potatoes and lamb curry few of my favorites
If you like Indian food, this place has a good selection of dishes that I assume originated from the groups of Indian migrant workers who have populated Burma throughout the ages, including a very tasty Biriyani! Well done, chef!
Very tasty, I was very happpy with the food and service. I ordered Okra Chicken and Palatha appetizer. They were both excellent. The Okra Chicken was perfectly spiced (but not spicy) and the vegetables were fresh and tasty. The Palatha pastry was soft to chew while crispy on the outside and the curry it came with had chicken pieces that were so soft to cut with a spoon. The people working here are very nice. I was visiting from LA, glad I walked by this place.
Wow, food was excellent. Owners care, that’s for sure. It shows from the way they treat you and greet you. Food was very good as well.
It took awhile to get the food, but it was hot and made with care.
Good food and good service. Tea leaf salad tasted quite good. Mango chicken, also Good and plenty spicy. I dined outside on the back patio. Not the most well kept outdoor dining area. and the walk back to the outdoor dining area takes you past some pretty scary mops and other cleaning supplies.
Service was great. Food was ok .
Great neighborhood restaurant. Food is consistently good. Try the Burmese curry
Amazing food and service!
