Here for breakfast. Buffet was expensive (25) so to save some $ I paid for the Continental and ordered 2 sides. Staff were nice enough to mute the TV which was showing mind numbing ads and the sound was clashing with the always excellent (sarcasm) Hotel muzak. Turns out their definition of Continental breakfast is different from the rest of the world so it ended up being less expensive just to pay the 25 buffet price. Minus 4 stars for the pricing shake down.

I love the buffet concept on the Crown Plaza hotels, the items on the buffet are much less than the one in Foster City. Clean and good service overall.
Overpriced for a decent burger that came with lukewarm fries.
Overpriced for dry ham and stale muffin.This plus coffee is $20Well within what you would expect from a hotel restaurant though.

Not too bad. Good Turkey club and some chicken wings. And very nice hotel to boot.
