Bartender was the best! He made hand crafted drinks that were the best I’ve ever had.

Completely went downhill since my last visit to San Fran. Horrible service, food was truly awful and ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Very disappointing as I really liked this place before (the views, the outdoor patio, the food, etc.)
Skirt steak with waffle fries and arugula salad was the best choice
Bartender's were amazing!! Very helpful and friendly!! Garlic fries OMG to die for??. Picture when the sun was setting from outside the bar. Cosmopolitan and lemon drop tini!!
Walked in and could smell a disaster waiting to happen. Bartender and server couldn't answer questions. Have a wine list? How much is a scotch on the rocks? How much for a beer? When I heard a HOUSE GLASS OF WINE was $12 ( the only answer given), we got up and left. Couldn't even tell us the brand!No offense, but this is the Embassy Suites, it ain't the Hilton down the street. Also, I have traveled all over the world and USA, staying at all types of Hiltons! A $12 glass of House Wine...here? Sorry, but you have all sorts of competition, and your reviews are not the best.So we ran right out of there. Glad we did because it was Happy Hours in Burlingame! Full glasses of wine at 1/2 price! We had a tremendously great dinner, elsewhere; and, we had wine and beer at realistic prices!This restaurant should re-evaluate what they are charging. The ambiance isn't even there! Also, noticed the place was pretty empty last night, Wednesday.
This restaurant is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I I need a special lunch, this restaurant comes instantly to my mind. splendid and many types of food and a large menu.courteous staff members, and pleasant mood. Also important, the bill is honest. I suggest this spot with no hesitation.
Few selections with decent taste. Nothing to brag about, but as most stated, good for a restaurant at a hotel. Definitely above average views and wide selection of beer and drinks.

8 people in restaurant. Suddenly music turned way up. At least one other party asked to turn it down (and when they asked the bartender said “I can’t hear you”) I was told “owner likes it a certain level”. Of course this causes people to talk very loud. Sorry Experience Food was ok
