Extremely dirty, not cleaned regularly. Loud, messy inconsiderate teenagers making & leaving messes during afternoon.Great location, but closes very early (5:30).

Just ordered two coffees at this location at 4:27pm from the mobile app. I arrived at the store at 4:43pm and the door was already locked. I realized after the fact that the store closed at 4pm for New Year’s Eve but the app said the store closes at 5:30 and still took my order. I tried waving to the staff to come to the door and talk to me so I could cancel my order but they refused. Other customers that also had mobile orders had shown up and were demanding refunds but the staff just ignored us instead with no explanation.Usually a mobile orders would get redirected to the next closet Starbucks bucks but it didn’t so I was just robbed of my money.Never ordering from this location ever again!
I love this location. Doesn't take very long for everyone to know your name and your regular drink. I never have to wait in line very long, and ordering from the app is always super easy. Unless you know when certain drinks or food items are already sold out for the day

Friendly front cashiers. Although, Guy at esp bar not engaging nor eye contact. Seemed annoyed early morning.
