Staff was friendly and service was great. They have several unique and delicious flavor selections to choose from. Although the line was long upon arriving it moved very quickly. The atmosphere was very lively and welcoming.
Good ice cream, but not the best! Ive tried their ice cream twice and every time I feel like something is lacking. The waffle cone is amazing and the service is friendly and fast!
Always had a great service at burlingame's salt & straw. Sadly, in this warm night, me and my friends bought through a mobile order a total of 5 scoops of ice cream just a short time before 11pm when they closed. When we got there, 3 people were still ordering in person. A man with long white hair acted like a kid who didnt want to work after asking for us to leave, but finding out that we had paid already.The woman who took our order made it quickly, but gave us less 2 scoops; when we said the correct order, she gave us a mere scoop in a cup. My friend tried talking to her to get this simple scoop from our $17 order, but she rolled her eyes, and asked for him to repeat what he was saying lots of times because of the blasting loud music in the back. SO STRESSFUL for such a easy task.
Excellent ice cream, generous scoops, staff were super friendly and offered tasting any number of flavours (unlike Ben & Jerry's). Were out of waffle cones that's what took off one star..
Generic trendy "Blank & Blank" store name with bizarre hipster flavors. They have a cute faux story about a passion to make a community ice cream center but they you look at the founder who was a big time product marketing exec for some massive brands. Yep "down home, farm to table, community, support the supplier, ethical sourcing bla blah etc etc" all the proper marketing bullet points to appeal to all the sensitive millennials that will pay the price of a 1.5 gallons at the grocery store for a scoop. Read the sory on the website. they had a marketing plan before they even had a product or idea of ice cream.
Just the best place to have Ice cream. I got the split of Chocolate brownie and Cold brew coffee. Loved the cold brew coffee, Chocolate brownie is good too but quite filling. Will have both again ? Staff is super friendly. Loved the experience. Bonus is that they are open till late, 11 pm!
This place is amazing with great flavors and high quality ice cream and they make their waffle cones and they are delicious! I highly recommend this place!
Always very good service. The staff is nice, they offer samples again. I usually get flights so I can try as many flavors as possible. The flavors always are unique and wow me.
Interesting selection of flavors normally not found in Baskin-Robbins and other ice cream venues. Friendly staff, free samples, and the line moves pretty quickly even when it's crowded. Definitely worth a visit.
