I placed an order ahead of time , order said go to register and “say mobile order for ___”. Order was for my brother and it said it would be ready at 12:10. My brother arrived and was told no order was found for him, he called me and I tried calling the store to let them know we did place an order and it had given me a conf #. My brother was told no order was in the system and they ignored him completely. After multiple attempts to get their attention I told my brother to check the cart with the mobile orders and look for his name. He was able to find the food then. 30 mins of being ignored. Extremely disappointed.
Every time I eat Panda Express I remember why I don't like Panda Express yucky
Terrible service. Employees show almost no effort in being time efficient. Unreliable and worst Panda Express in peninsula. Either needs new employees or more employees so that it doesn’t take 45 minutes to get an order.
This was a bitter experience, food was great, but when leaving we forgot our shopping bag from my stetician with an expensive item inside, When I went back asking if some one turn it in, they said in confusing words that they saw it or had it but was not there any more. That made feel sad.
I've been to at least 5 different pandas, but this single and sole location is the ONLY one I will Not return to. I've given this particular place of business multiple tries, yet everytime all the ingredients taste old and always make me food sick. I love panda express but this location is not of the same quality I've come to love. Staff are amazing polite and quick, yet it tastes like they are just getting bad/Old ingredients.
Lady there gives food very sparingly--gives so little of the entrees compared to all other panda expresses I've been to, and I've been to many.
I ordered a teriyaki bowl and I thought it was going to be good but it wasn't. The white rice was hard, the chicken wasn't cooked all the way, I asked for teriyaki sauce but got sweet and sour sauce instead. I wasted my money & my lunch break, I will NEVER eat at this panda express again
Their food is consistently good but their portion sizes could be way better. The server made it look like she was filling up the tray with a lot of food by grabbing what seemed to be a big scoop only to remove 40% of it after initially placing it inside ?♂️
