No decaf coffee or very few non caffeine options. The location is very nice and large with a lot of seating and nice to get some work done.
Juice was nice and Fruity, a bit overpriced but worth the cost. Sandwiches were nice.

I must agree with other reviews. The employees i have interacted with during 2 visits had zero customer service skills. Never even say thank you. May as well have robots serving you because that's what it feels like. Zero desire to return.
It's really annoying when you are unable call the restaurant to ask a question regarding the menu.. I had a average juice there once before.
When this cafe originally opened in Burlingame, I excitedly walked in and was treated with such poor service and rudeness that I left without a drink or food and it took me years to return. So this lovely day my daughter suggested we eat there for lunch. Poor customer service, long waits for food and drink only earned us tasteless, dry, nearly inedible snacks and smoothies. I will not be returning to this place again. It was an expensive mistake.

Terrible customer service. The young man who took my order misunderstood my request to substitute cheese and tomatoes for avocados and declined my request, when I said they always do it for me he loudly told his colleague “she wants her avocados for free” to which I replied that I didn’t ask for anything to be free!! I just can’t have the cheese and want you to remove it. They finally agreed to make the substitution while still confirming that I understood it wasn’t free “ok we’ll do it but we’re charging you”. I don’t understand why they assume a customer willing to pay $40 for sandwiches and smoothies would want free avocados!! Never going to that place again.
