I found this place on Google! Well great experience, im not sure if the owner is taking the orders but he was really welcoming and patient, since it was our first time there we weren't sure what to order.Their cook man approached us and recommend us their Egg Benedict ( which is not on the menu ) they have sausage Benedict, and the classic. You can always ask.Price was really fair for Burlingame :)!
Great service, decent coffee. However, food was HUGE disappointment. I missed the review that said don't order the special. She was so not wrong. Worst breakfast I ever had. The "special" had two barely cooked eggs and a waffle that couldn't even dream of being crispy. The soft waffle had absolutely zero flavor either. Just bad. Hubby had burrito. Country potatoes were pretty good but his burrito kept leaking pools of fluid. Sorry guys, we won't be back.
Delightful small café with a rustic, woody, European/Mediterranean vibe, lots of sunlight and air through the windowed storefront. Food: fries are blonde and well-salted, also an option for salad. Ordered a BLT and iced americano; both were delicious for brunch and the americano is richly bitter but nutty. Service staff are friendly and conversational, and the cook brought my meal to my table himself (traffic was light). Been coming here for about a year as I live nearby, would definitely recommend!
Great local restaurant. Clean, great coffee, great breakfast, Google brought me here and I'm happy to know this place. I had il Piccolo breakfast. I couldn't eat it all.

Cute quaint cafe/coffee shop. Went for breakfast which was okay. The open window and doors is not conducive to enjoying a hot breakfast as food cooks too quickly. I had the IL Piccolo breakfast. Which on menu states: Italian bacon, eggs, potatoes and toast. Disappointed as it's a 2 piece cherrywood bacon that need a little more fire (cooktime) perfectly prepared scrambled English eggs, some red breakfast potatoes and one slice cut in half dry toast. No butter or jelly, jam or accompaniment offered.Very good dark roast coffee. Everything was great to start but half way through 5-8 minutes... everything became cold. Eggs were great at the start but not when they get cold. Same with potatoes and bacon. Nice folks work here. I would return when it's a warm day.
Omelette with green bell pepper, sausage, spinach and mozzarella. Super light, didn't think I'd finish it all! Their dark roast coffee was good too, bitter but deep small sweetness then comes back with a lighter bitterness. Great looking restaurant with sky-lights and rustic euro hole in the wall look. Clean and polite staff
Cute place, quick service, my dish was tasty but her dish and water glass tasted if soap.Hope it was a one-off but doubt we'll be back to find out.
