Just came back from a trip and pulled off the freeway and found Fusion Izakaya and it was perfect in all respects!! Tasty food, great service!!

Great ambiance. You can almost fall into a meditative state while enjoying great sushi.
The presentation of food was very well done. The foot was really delicious. The wait staff was quick and knowledgeable. I'd recommend the Crab Toast, and Karubota Pork.
We were hungry for sushi, but realized it was dinner time and most sushi restaurants in the area close by 2 pm. We ordered the vegetable tempura, harami, and bara finger skewers. Very delish! Then we ordered the spicy tuna roll and tempura shrimp roll to share. Pretty standard flare for sushi, nothing spectacular. Washed it down with a little Sapporo premium beer. And then finished it off with the Lion King roll and chicken kara-age. It was a lot for 2 people. We wanted to try more, but we were done...tapping out. We called ahead to see if we needed a ressy, but they said if we come now, they can accommodate. So definitely call ahead. It's a small place, and I can see it's possible to not get in.
