First timer here. The all-beef hot dog was very good. Music playing was way too loud in a space with all hard surfaces.
Food is probably fine, haven’t eaten yet but wanted to make a comment about the service. The guy in the black shirt who I assume is the manager couldn’t be bothered to say ANYTHING when I came in to pick up an order. Place is dead so not busy, after 10 minutes of standing there being avoided by the manager, I finally asked about my order, received a mumble and a stare and waited an additional 10 minutes to have a milkshake made, food was ready when I walked in. Not sure what his issue is but will never be back to this location. Which sucks as someone who just moved to the area.
The Five Guys in Burlingame has always served a great burger. On my recent visit i ordered my usual cheeseburger ? with fries and i can attest to the consistency of the food, tastes, presentation, and quality. Everything that i expected in a good cheeseburger existed at Five Guys. The dining room was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. The parking was a bit challenging since the location is next to Safeway, Pizza my Heart, and a shopping center. My only concern was the loud terrible music. The indoor speaker system was so loud, i had to speak loudly so my guests could hear our conversation. I highly recommend a visit to Five Guys.

Cashiers, chefs, and all other staff are doing a great job. I'm always welcome to this store. It's always clean, and they always keep all kinds of sodas filled up on the machine. They are clean, they pay attention to details of my order, and they are just doing above and beyond!I love the Five Guys on Primrose. Keep it up, guys!
waited 20 minutes for a single burger and then when I got it the order was completely wrong. I’ve been here when they’re not busy and it’s been great, but if they look even remotely busy, just go somewhere else
Ordered a burger that was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles on it. What I got was patties, cheese and mushrooms between two buns.The store was practically empty so hard to give the two dudes working there much leeway here...
Great spot for a quick bite. Very clean to.
We come here often and enjoy the service. The food and service is solid. The fry portions are pretty generous.
