So yummy, I almost devoured everything before I could take a photo! I got a calabrese sandwich on Dutch crunch bread w/ the works — amazing. The gelato (lychee for me) was fantastic as well.
Average ice-cream, not gelato. Tastes a bit cheap. The shop is filled with many other things, so they don’t just do ice-cream. The staff is very friendly.
Best Italian sandwiches I've had outside of Italy. Definitely worth a trip just for this. We got the Milanese and Speciale on ciabatta bread. The flavors are very authentic. The bread is toasted perfectly. The couple making the sandwiches are super nice too. Very glad we found this place!
A family-owned and run shop with the friendliest people that has the most authentic & delicious gelato I’ve ever had in the U.S. as well as perfect Italian sandwiches. Highly recommend.
Tons of flavors to choose from. I got the tiramisu and green tea gelato. I have to say the tiramisu gelato was SO GOOD. Possibly the best gelato I've ever had. Both flavors were super creamy and really flavorful and I was so surprised by how good the tiramisu one was! Will definitely be going back!
Love love loved this place and everyone working there! We were offered a sample of one of the cuts of meat we had a question about, and they were so patient as we tried different gelato flavors.We had the calabrese sandwich today, and it was so good I wanted another one before I had even finished it Finished our meal with the cardamom gelato, which was also delish! Will definitely be making the long drive over to come back again — undoubtedly so worth it
Amazing experience! They’re selection of gelato is great and every flavor is better than the other, they have iced and hot drinks as well by Lavazza and we had an iced coffee which tasted very good! Would definitely recommend!
Very good. Nice addition to the Ave. Enjoyed the “Burlingame” sandwich, toasted bread. Awesome, can’t go wrong.
Absolutely the best deli sandwich on Burlingame Avenue, the service is next level, and the Selection of drinks, and desserts is more than anyone could ask for. All top shelf quality stuff.
Can I say how much I enjoyed their sandwiches! We had the siciliano and vegetariana which were full of amazing flavors! The triple fudge brownie gelato was amazing! You have to try this place!
