Kindest man! I went inside to order tea and didn't realize this place was cash only. He offered me his signature tea for free and said I could come back and pay "next time". I immediately went to the atm across the road on the main street and realized in transit that the tea was so dang good (handmade spicy ginger and honey) that I ended up getting a second one. I went back a few days later just for the tea and caught the shop owner locking up and heading to his car. He saw me and I said "bummer, dang!" He quickly re-opened his shop just to serve my husband and I tea. We left him a heartytip for his kindness. I drive the 15 minute highway drive just for his tea.
Guy at the counter is possibly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Truly a gem of a place.
