Delicious boba, but long line, no public seating area, and no access to restroom for customers. ? The boba folks direct us to use a nearby Starbucks restroom when asked. Don't think we're allowed to do that as I got strange looks from Starbucks folks when I came in for it.Definitely order online ahead of time and do pickup. Also, find another place to be able to sit and relax.
Started as a 5 star review, left feeling like a 1 star.I ordered a banana rice milk, ube latte and an ube snickerdoodle cookie. After a few minutes I changed my mind and asked the worker if I could switch my order to a strawberry rice milk, she said no problem and their team took care of it. I really appreciated that.When they called my name for my order I received my drinks but asked for the cookie as well. The worker said "I thought I already gave it to you" and waited for a second while staring at me. I felt very insulted, as if she were suggesting I already took my cookie and was trying to get another for free. She then said "it's fine I guess" then told her coworker to get the cookie for me.Very rude and disrespectful. There are better and more authentic boba places just across the street anyways.

Staff is great the Boba tea is probably honest 2.5 stars. But this place is run way better than the Palo Alto location
If u like boba this is ur place. I especially like the variety of flavors. I also appreciate how u can customize ur order to ur taste in terms of sweetness and milk options.
awesome tea! the almond jelly is great! they also have almond and other non dairy milk options which is great!

Ordered online but still had to wait for my order though I arrived 15 minutes past the estimated time. Ordered and paid for the ube cookie which was out in store, it was frustrating to have that happen when the app said it was in stock.The drink - matcha latte - was good but the boba texture had hardened past the point of chewiness. Wouldn’t go back because of the poor operational management, higher prices and poor quality of boba texture.
Korean milk takes me back to the good old days. ???
