Gave this place a 5 star review 3 years ago.. Recently, I visited with a group of people and the food was still great. Unfortunately, the service was some of the worst we ever had. It was near impossible to get anyone's attention to ask for basic things. None of the dirty dishes were taken away at any point during dinner. Ect..
Good pizza, though it's the type you need to cut and eat with a fork rather than eat with your hands.Decent Caesar salad. Terrible service.
Quick stop on the way to SFO, ended up being a great find. 100% want to come back and try their deep dish. Not bad prices on the booze either.
Jesus was excellent, super patient and so professional. Thank you for giving us excellent service. We had a group of 10 and Jesus was on top of all of our orders and had everything run smoothly. Blue line pizza is lucky to have such a great employee.
Delight experience! When we first walked in it looked like the place was full. Little did I know they had a rear dining area. The rear outdoor dining area is where you wanna be! Very romantic place! They also had space warmers for the cold San Francisco night with the visible flame to add to the ambiance. Across the way you'll hear and see the trains roll by tooting their horns. Like I said, the atmosphere was seemed very intimate and romantic. A great place to bring a date or just having dinner with the family. Btw, the pies were delicious!
Let me say I went back with my friend because their pizza's delicious! I only gave a 3 star because the service was awful!! Waiter we got does not like his job at all! Not friendly or personable! Would have been a better experience for us!!
Great pizza, had both the deep dish and regular thin pizza and it was great. The cheesy garlic bread was great too.. Really like the corn meal in the deep dish crust.
Jonathan who was upfront at the bar is awesome. We had gotten a pizza to go and just his whole personality was extremely hospitable. He made us want to come there all the time. But, I get pizza there all the time anyway so either way it's a win. Thanks Jonathan !Julian
Great little pizza spot, deep dish is solidly delicious. The ordering system using the QR code at the table works decently though it's a little tough to get a waiter to your table without getting up to find one. Overall the back patio is nice, pizza is good and I'd definitely come back.
Rich and satisfying pizza. Deep dish crust is thick and flakey. Crushed tomato topping in ample amount and balanced amount of cheese and other toppings.
