I always love this place, but I ordered the 20 boneless wing large fry combo at 11:58 am today (should be ready within 20 minutes). Arrived at the store and waited until 12:40 pm and kept being told 5 minutes. I guess it’s due to the amount of new workers. It wasn’t even busy though.The shift leader (woman) was also speaking slightly rude to a customer standing next to me. This is upsetting.
Terrible experience. A coworker picked up an order for our team during our short break. Upon arrival we tried to use a coupon that was through the app. We were informed that because they messed and accidentally sent out the coupon that they won't be accepting it. The worker was not easy to work with. After arriving back with the wings we discovered that it was missing 5 wings and the only way for them to make it up to us was to drive back. While we didn't have long breaks we were unable to return to get the order corrected and had to deal with the now very upsetting meal.
Either the Cook is bad the cook is bad the food comes out hell a cold all the time Rysn never season chicken is soggy I think they need a better look for a chef whatever it is is never comes out tasting like the good Wingstop so if anybody’s coming here you You guys are getting the bootleg version of Wingstop

Usually love this place but had such a terrible experience today I won't be back. Cashier Brenda was extremely rude, acted like she was being inconvenienced for doing her job (when asked to do two flavors for my eight piece "it won't let me do that" despite having made this same order a dozen times at that location, didn't want to let me order the fries without seasoning, had an attitude a mile wide even though I was being polite).Will no longer be ordering from here in the future, it's a shame since I like the food but it's just not worth dealing with a Brenda.
Orders 10 wings online, was told it was gonna take 3 minutes when I arrived. Tell me why a customer who walks in orders 40 wings and another customer that walks in orders 10 wings they both get their food before me? That 3 minutes turned into 30 . Y'all need some better training or something.
Got some spicy wings and the meat fell right if the bone once it hit my mouth. 10/10 delicious and wouldn't go again since it gave me the burning runs.

The service is always good and welcoming but the last time I was here they served me chicken thighs which I didn't like. I will try them again when they are serving wings again because they were delicious :(
Worst Wingstop ever. I asked for bbq sauce and this is what I got. Per management, this is evenly sauced and when ordering you have to say you want your wings wet. I didn’t even need a napkin to eat the ones I ate (3pcs) and the paper the wings are on don’t have sauce on it either. I’ve been coming to this Wingstop since they first opened and have never had to say I want my wings wet. I must say these last couple of years the quality of food has gotten worse. This is my first time eating there in about 4 months and now I know why. They won’t get another ? from me.???
