We had a very nice dinner at Tatsu. The food seemed fresh and it was presented in a very beautiful manner. The sushi maker brought it to our table versus the waitress, which made it feel special. You could tell he was proud of his work. Their mannerisms were authentic and gracious. Also of note is there is parking next to the restaurant. Would recommend.
Great to have a sushi place within walking distance. The selection was fine, the restaurant is clean and comfortable and the service was pretty good for having only one person serving. The only issue is the price. For sushi, in my opinion, it's too expensive. I can venture a little farther from home to Ventura Blvd and find better prices, better sushi and just as nice inside dining.
This is our new fav neighborhood sushi place! Fish fresh and so yummmm. Service is warm and friendly. We like that they stay open between lunch and dinner! We always seem to want sushi between 3 & 5 lol. Prices are average for Burbank.
This hidden gem is a small and a little hard to find, we walked past it twice lol. It’s soooo worth it! Sushi is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are warm and friendly. Service is excellent. They stay open between lunch and dinner which is a big Plus for us since we usually seem to want sushi between 2 & 5 when no sushi places are open in the Los Angeles area!
This family owned treasure is conveniently located right on Magnolia, AND THE FOOD IS GREAT!!! The fish is of excellent quality and absolutely fresh. The sushi chef knows his art because everything is perfectly seasoned and exquisitely presented. We had to try the ramen. Tastes like Tokyo. Really. Oh and the beer was so iced cold. And here's the kicker- they are open for lunch. The people are very nice and I want to support them, they just opened and these are tough times for everyone.

Love this new place! We were impressed by the sushi, it's really good and the rolls have more fish than rice, compared to a lot of sushi places that tend to overload on rice. We had the Lemon Roll and Ex Girlfriend roll and both were delicious. Great little spot!
Found this restaurant online, popped in and found out it had opened the day before! It was good! The staff was super nice-- English isn't their strong suit, but that's a plus in my book. I got the chirashi and it was delish-- fish was fresh and presented nicely. My friend got the tiger roll and the rainbow roll and inhaled both. Cute place, it is now my favorite sushi place in Burbank.
Tatsu Sushi fish is exceptional quality! I usually think specialty rolls are a bit over the top and never worth the price, but honestly everything came out amazing + was worth it. Super glad to have a sushi establishment in Burbank that isn't either crazy expensive or situated in an inconvenient location. The chefs & server are energetic and very accommodating! I appreciate the good service and will be coming back regularly :)
I'd been trying to try this spot for the last few months but every time I tried they were closed, at the weirdest times. I was driving by and they were open so I came in and ate. I spoke with the owner who told me they had just taken ownership 2 weeks ago. Great news, now they will keep a good schedule. And the food was amazing!! I sat at the sushi bar and had a great conversation with the sushi chef/owner. He made some great suggestions that landed amazingly and everything was good. I was the only one there at the time so obviously the service was amazing but I'm sure it would be great even with a full house because the staff seems genuinely concerned about your experience!! Thanks so much for a great dinner, I'll be back soon!!
