Love this Subway, the food is fresh and the place is clean what else do you need good service well they need to work on that but some of the kids are doing..... good...
This restaurant intentionally never has certain menu items. Specifically they rarely make meatballs, and when they do they toss them before about 3pm despite being open until late in the evening. Same situation with their soups, they advertise these items, even list them on the app, but do not have them.
They were out of salad and spinach for the sandwiches
I came to this subway for a drink at 5:40, i purchased a medium beverage for 2.86 then left. I returned back to the store, at 6:05 to refill my drink. I was doing delivery orders for the party city next door. Upon enter the store Tony told me that I am not allowed to refill drinks unless they are water. I looked at him shocked because I am almost certain he was the one that rung me up originally.I asked him what do you mean I just purchased this drink today and it still has ice in it. He then smiled and responded to me: "probably not." I was so angry by his response as if I am just casually stealing from the store. I then asked him how neither him nor his associate recognizes me. I asked him if he had a shift change in the last 30 minutes and he responded with a no. He asked me for a receipt and I didnt have one because I did not think that they would not recognize me returning to the store less than an hour later. I asked him if he would like to see my bank transactions and he told me no but I opened them anyways to show him my still pending subway transaction. I threw the drink out and left. I will not return to this location again. The way he spoke to me as if I am just some riffraf stealing drinks or something did not sit right with me.100% not ok with the way he spoke to me.
I miss Submarine Queen. Place is very clean and staff is friendly.
