Hassled over 20 cents. Made me feel like a thief in a way.Come here frequently and had no issues. Every time I pay I almost always ask if "i'm good" before leaving, but when I returned tonight an employee out of nowhere told me "I was short 20 cents on my last visit."I don't appreciate being made to feel as if I "purposefully" ripped you off 20 cents by telling me twice that I was short.Also, next time count the change properly as I usually always ask "if I'm good" when paying such a small amount in change.Over 20 cents from a customer who has literally spent hundreds with you, is a bit ridiculous.Never coming back.
Update: The owner of the establishment posted an innacurate response to my negative review on Google maps saying that their new hours are "clearly posted on their homepage". This is not true if you order using a mobile phone browser and see only the mobile page and I did not see it anywhere during the process of making it completing the order nor is it on the receipt. The owner did admit that the new hours were not stated on the recording when you call the business and it also displays different hours on the business page on Yelp (see attached screenshot). Why did they accept the order and process the charge to my credit card if they were closed? The owner asked in their post, "What credit an I referring to?". Well, any business that cares about customer service would at least offer a free sandwich or some kind of credit for the inconvenience of not delivering on $45 worth of sandwiches for a late night dinner after a long day of hard work.
The delivery people are always friendly and timely. They have a good selection and one of the few places you can order cigarettes from. Their Turkey sandwiches are the best and I sometimes catch myself spending over $30 for the free one. It's so good it's like they sprinkle crack in the mayonnaise.

I have never actually physically been to their store but I do however order delivery from them on a regular basis. For someone like me who doesn't have many cc cards unlike most delivery services they take cod which is awesome. I have never had a problem with any of their delivery people. They always are super friendly and within the time frame they are suppose to deliver. I rarely order food but have had the turkey sandwich a few times and it's pretty darn good. I highly reccommend them :)
