Had the Bacon, Sausage and Egg wrap. It was a little too toasted so the tortilla was hard but it was still a decent wrap. I’ve been there many times and customer service is good. Pickup orders are ready on time although there has been instances when the order has been incorrect but they have been just a few times. Overall a good Starbucks location.
Location was overwelmed and team members were scrambling. Asked for an iced chai with SOY latte. When I recieved the drink it was hot, so I asked for it made iced. Team member quickly remade it...with dairy milk...unbeknownst to me. Now my lactose-intolerant partner is sick and our day is ruined cause Starbucks can't staff this location adequately enough to prevent safety accidents.

The best breakfast sandwiches for hungry out of state guest. We had to find a quick solution for a quick breakfast because we were heading to. BURBANK AIRPORT to catch a flight so this came in handy. Love Starbucks anyway.
Omg all of the employees here are amazing they always get my order correct and i walk up to the counter and they already know my order i just confirm it with them and am good to go amazing
The 3 people that attended me were very rude. I walked in and went to place my order and the kid that was at the register asked me are you ready to order or do you need a minute when I responded I was ready he turned and walked away from me leaving me talking to myself. Then the girl that handed me my drink walked away from me mid sentence when I was asking her a question. A third guy took her place and I explained how she walked away from me when I was in the middle of talking to her and his response was oh she had to go to her break. So because she is going to break its acceptable to just walk away from a paying customer??? He wasnt very helpful either. Worst customer service ever.
Great service. Place was packed but the staff picked up the pace and caught up with orders. Associates were extremely cordial under pressure!
Nicely situated Starbucks as usual! This location is the closest coffee shop to the Burbank Airport.
Don't come here service is rude specifically by a woman name Jalene. If you don't wear a mask they won't serve you. Discrimination! I won't support businesses who treat their customers so disrespectful.
What is the point of ordering ahead mobile order and putting in their specific instructions if I'm still going to have to go in there waste 30 minutes when it's not even following the instructions clearly on the order it is not cool
