Your regular Starbucks. It was a little crowded but not too bad. Our cashier seemed to be new and learning the routines, and it was nice to see her coworkers were willing to help her with good attitude. Everyone was nice.
My regular Starbucks was closed and they sent me to this location and it turns out it's at the Warner Brothers Studio Tour which I had to go through security and then the manager told me that they won't refill my Starbucks like the other ones and that the cost for a regular price of coffee was 3:25 instead of 295 so they're real price gougers and they're also snobs at this location because they wouldn't honor a normal Starbucks so this is an abnormal Starbucks beware to all wizards
There was a misunderstanding, and I had to repay since the drink I want is few cents higher than the one they prepared

Worst Starbucks. I ordered cold coffee (iced coffee no ice) first time they put ice and alote of water. Second time the guy filed it up 1/3 coffee 2/3 water... I could of get better coffee at gas station.
Nice location, friendly and fast service, very clean and lots of comfy seating, both inside and out. Lots of variety for drinks and snacks. Overhead music, loud enough to enjoy and still able to hold a conversation.
Staff chatting & playing with money before starting serving, slow barista staff, long line of customers, poor quality drinks, unbelievably expensive. A 50c vending machine would suffice and produce better coffee.
Stopped here for hot chocolate and a cookie. I was very surprised at the unclean state of the place. Really never experienced this at a Starbucks in any other area I have visited in the USA.
Some employee bad attitude I ordered two drinks one cappuccino only half, never drink Starbucks like that.
Were super backed up when I got there, waited for more than I intended but with the customer service I received I couldn't be upset. Always manage to put customers first!
