The Starbucks inside the Ralph's in Burbank on Victory wasn't even open on Friday 2/4/22, (around 9-9:30 a.m.). There were a couple of employees inside the stand so I asked what time they were opening, they replied "they were not going to open at all today". I had a coupon that was expiring so I asked if I could get an extension, she acted as though I was bothering her and said, "I don't know, probably". Completely disinterested, I tossed the coupon in the trash on my way out. She was so rude she dismissive, if they didn't want to be bothered they shouldn't have been in the stand at all. Of course people are going to think they're open, duhhh...?
Ridiculous location closes whenever they please (at 4:00pm? Lol) and the workers have no clue what they’re doing.

This place does not accept your starpoints nor do they scan qr code to get points. I will never go back here.
The only reason why I'm not giving them a 5 star is because they don't sell their matcha powder. It is an Essential (medicine) in my household. And it isn't easy to find good quality out in the market. My email to their branch was ignored ?? Other than this little issue you can't go wrong with a freshly brewed coffee ☕ and a bagel with cream cheese ?? amongst other goodies that are available like a chocolate croissant, a protein grab & go box or a refreshment.
I went with a friend who bought me a coffee. If you want to stay awake this is the place to go as even a regular grande will do the trick!!
