Some of the staff are rude and discriminate kids with disabilities, my daughter's special edd class from Burbank high went to this Starbucks for a class outing in the community to Starbucks, some of this kids have disabilities and can't communicate, they will use written piece of paper to communicate, apparantly BARRISTA BRITNEY has a problem with kids with disabilities, she was extremely rude to the kids. You would think that Starbucks was more inclusive.
It is a store with many DT customers from morning.
You can be yourself inside the cafe. It’s a great place to be.
It’s literally right next to TAP so by the time my frappe is ready I’ve already made my steak bowl no time wasted
It says open at 4:30 Am on Monday but I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes waiting till 5 you guys need to update your online status it’s cold out here!!
Lovely staff you have here! It is rather sad they have to police people over mask wearing. I would like to spend more money here when you guys begin respecting medical mask exemptions without harassing me every time. Medical exemptions still follow cdc guidelines. This one-size-fits-all approach can be damaging to certain groups of people. Self sabotage is not the only way to “protect” others. You’re a cafe, not the police.
Came to this specific Starbucks, on google maps says it open til 11pm , they don't have any food items nor certain drinks, they have no sign at the door *shortage on items* please fix this and not waste peoples time
Glad to have visited during the holidays as I was able to see the holiday decorations. The crowd was manageable
Awful Starbucks ? Restrooms are Never cleaned and employees have their own !? Super slow service ? workers are Not fast paced whatsoever ?. Avoid- its very dirty inside!
took 45 minutes to get through the drive through
