Staff was very nice but, the coffee I received was not tasting good. It was watered down and had a strange taste. I couldn't finish it.

Had a great experience this morning at this location. I wasn’t in the best mood, and Faith the barista turned my morning around. Thank you Faith!

Horrible, arrived at 8:55am for a regular coffee and egg bites.I’m still here waiting for 15 minutes for my egg bites. 4 people behind me purchased sandwiches and they are on their way.I am late to work now and no concerns from the associates when asking about my item.But seems like regulars get helped out faster.

I stood in front of the Online orders and saw a coffee that looked like mine behind the counter. They kept looking at me and bringing other online orders to that section but not mine. After 10 minutes I asked and they brought it to me, it was already done but for some reason just didn't want to put mine in the online orders. Bad service, wouldn't recommend.

Caramel Machiato was delicious. Kudos to the workers who made my drink!! However, I would have to agree with some of the other reviews here that the customer service is pretty bad. I don't know if it was rush hour, but someone named Mary was the only person I had an issue with as she kept rushing me when I was trying to pay with my Starbucks e-gift cards. It might just be me who had an issue here 'cause I mean, yes, who goes to Starbucks to pay with digital gift cards? But even so, customer service is important and I believe that's something they need to improve on.

Visiting LA For the first time. Ordered my favorite lemon loaf but forgot to ask them to warm it.. I asked ANDREW to warm it please. For the 1st time ever I was told "I want to make a mess on his nice clean oven" I SWEAR I was so shocked that he said that. So NO he wouldn't be able to do it for me. I told him very nicely "thank you, but I've never been told that at any Starbucks before but thanks". As i went to give it away to someone he said "I'll do it for you, I don't want you to not eat it". I asked if he was sure and he said yes. He said yes but he TRULY didn't want to. Then it took more that 20 minutes to get our drinks. No I won't be coming back. Thanks Andrew! ?

Friendly staff and adequate seating. Parking is a little tricky though because the lot is small.
