I used to frequent here years ago when I was living in Burbank and they were under different management/ownership. Despite the change, they are still awesome. I recommend their croissant sandwiches, especially tuna.

Delicious boba tea! The fruit teas have real pieces of fruit in them. Also love the selection of Thai chips they carry. Sandwiches look good too.
