Stay was decent. Pull out sofa was very very uncomfortable you could feel the springs stabbing you while you sleep. Pool was closed for almost my entire stay. On the last night here the air conditioning kept making a noise making it very hard to go to sleep. Not really a complaint but if you do stay here the elevators are very slow. But on the positive side staff are very friendly and had a very good customer service experience. So if you do wanna stay here go for it but I don’t know if I would again.

Customer service at Burbank location is terrible. I called the front desk from my room and it took forever to get a hold of someone. Once they answer they put you on hold or tell you they will call your room back in a few minutes. I believe this is very unprofessional specially if you are a guest. Very rude front desk staff. They have the biggest attitudes. They are also short staffed and just the wrong people working in my opinion. Housekeeping is terrible as well. I really wasn’t so happy with this place and the service they provided for me. Rooms are good and cozy but I had a issue with my bed their was black hairs all over the pillows and sheets I guess from a previous guest that had stayed or maybe housekeeping didn’t do their job correctly to make sure everything is spotless. I believe cleanliness is important. Also a few blood stains on the blankets as well. Pool hours are from 8am until 10pm and during my stay people were still swimming past pool hours kids yelling and shouting in the pool and it’s 10:40pm so basically past the hours of the pool. I called the front desk to let them know it’s disturbing and pretty loud since I can hear it from the 4th floor. Luckily they had everyone leave after my phone call. I just would say this place is okay not the best but just wanted to point out some of the things that bothered me during my stay here.

Very clean and staff is very friendly! My favorite part was that it was outside LA and the drive was super easy! I didn’t want to stay in LA and this was the perfect stay for my daughter and I! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Burbank or be near LA without staying in the major city!

Exceeded expectations. We booked the hotel for a family vacation and based on previous reviews had relatively low expectations. However the staff was very friendly, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and amenities were good. We didn’t have much time to use the pool and the outdoor facilities but they were more than adequate, clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was much better than indicated by the reviews. The packaged quiche, frittata, and bagels were actually pretty good. It saved us a significant amount of money by feeding the kids breakfast at the hotel rather than spending time and money on takeout or sit down somewhere else. Convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Easy walking distance to downtown Burbank and the restaurants and bars. My only fault was with breakfast, which was all prepackaged sandwiches and waffles. They could take another few minutes and unwrap them, making it feel less like prepackaged food.

James, operations manager at the front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond in making us feel special during our stay here and his demeanor was very caring. He took the time to orient us to the hotel and even suggest some local eats as out of towners. It was very welcoming. Our suite was cozy and the free breakfasts were nice. Overall an A++ experience.

Stayed here for two nights to go to Universal Studios. Rooms were extremely large and the outdoor space is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. The fridge smelled a bit off, and there were some large stains on the carpet which were a little icky. Also, the side facing the mountains also has a restaurant with live music - which is loud enough to come through the walls until late at night. Would stay again, staff was very good also, but a few things to fix up.

Dad was in town and had a 2 Queen Larger Studio room reserved here, and it wasn't the best experience.Upon arriving at the room, noticed it was an accessible room, which is not great if not needed, as everything is lowered by design, so mirrors don't align when standing, sinks are lower, hand rails everywhere (and taking up space in the shower) etc. It's great these rooms are offered for those who need them, but they aren't great for those who don't. This was not what was booked and there was no mention of it at check-in. After calling down to the front desk, the rather unhelpful staff said they were all booked up, nothing they could do, and refused to make any concession with regard to rate, parking fees ($18 per night for parking btw) or anything. Just pretty much said "sorry, can't help you, we're full." Strangely we didn't run into a single person in the hall to or from the elevator over 3 nights...The room itself is nice enough, though the couch is incredibly stiff so not great for lounging for any length of time. Nice to have a working mini-fridge and microwave, and the TV was on a nice swivel mount so you could tilt to either side of the room if you were watching from either the couch or a bed. AC unit made some additional noise too, but probably not the case in all rooms. The pool area looks nice (didn't use it), and they have a small fitness center and laundry area ($3 for wash, $3 for dry), though we didn't use either. There's supposed to be a bar and a restaurant but it didn't look like either appeared to be open at any point over the weekend, so not sure what's up there. Lobby bars are a great addition to any hotel, and they have one there, but it was dark and not staffed. There is a small convenience area where you can buy some beer, wine, soda, snacks, etc if you want, and it appeared to be open at all times, as it's next to check-in desk.Location is walkable to a lot of downtown Burbank, and easy to get to and from the 5 freeway, so I would say it's convenient.Overall a fine stay, just a bit disappointing with regard to the service (or lack thereof) and the room being a bit less than maybe what the pictures would indicate.

had a great stay February 2022, friendly staff and clean and decent rooms. The jet stream jacuzzi was amazing and the breakfast was solid, but somewhat lackluster compared to other Marriott’s I’ve been to. Definitely great hotel to use for your 35K certificates.

I was sorely much treated here. At 1st I was ignored. Then I was told that Because the magnetic strip on the back of my card is wart is warn that they could not check me in. She told me that it could be a fraudulent thing. I asked if they had a machine that could insert the chip. ?No they only have the old machines to swipe with. She insisted that I use another card or leave. She was happy to cancel my reservation. This was the front office manager. Who do you complain to when the person in charge is the one treating you poorly? ?I just drove 40 minutes just to get there.?‍? I ended up getting a good rate at the Residence in Pasadena. They have updated machines so they were easily able to use the chip on my card. It was nice being greeted with a smile and treated like I was important.
