I love love love shakeys pizza, my husband says he doesn’t really like it but he always eats my leftovers. The pizzas alway crispy & they do t put gobs & gobs of cheese on it.
Place was somewhat dirty today. Tables and fountain drink machine was dirty too. The lettuce in the salad bar had hair and when I told the manager he seemed to not care so we told the attendant at the salad bar so he just threw the lettuce away and put more lettuce in the dirty bowl instead of washing it and putting the new lettuce.
It was great it's always great the food the temperature the polite staff. I enjoy coming here quite often when I can I live about 20 mi away but I'd rather come to this location. But just one thing, my last visit was a few days ago and I accidentally left my free drink on the waiting to go bench LOL it's cool at least I enjoyed my food at home.
This is a great place to go The manager that's there on the weekend is the best. If I remember correctly her name is Lucero. She gives great costumer service. Will to answer all questions. Food comes out fast and it's soooooo clean! Thank you ?
Fun, helpful courteous staff serving up great pizza and salad at the fresh, clean and well maintained salad bar. The root beer was going flat a d it was changed minents after I alerted staff.
I moved to Arizona and visited Burbank. I grew up there, so I had to have Shakey's. I met my grandkids there and had some GREAT PIZZA, CHICKEN, AND MOJO'S. I MISS EATING THERE.

Had an awesome time. The food was great. Angel was helpful. The guy that kept cleaning our table was the best. Super helpful and friendly. I had to tip him for the great service.

I decided to dine in for lunch the other day, and while feeling a bit down before coming in, I left laughing and smiling due to a fantastic team member! I honestly can not remember the last time a food runner ever went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant time, but ANDREW sure proved that wrong. I was surprised to have received such fantastic service from a pizza parlor beating most other dine-in restaurants. ANDREW was vibrant, positive, and just joyful overall. While bringing our food over, he entertained my table with jokes and good laughs! I want to take the time to recognize ANDREW for the superb service and will most definitely come back to Shakey's! ?ANDREW, THANK YOU, AND YOU ROCK! ??
