Best Pizza in Los Angeles!!I wanna start by saying I got a few pizzas for my coworkers and I heard this place was great. They had some sort of glitch with the online orders so they were deep in weeds when I called but the women on the phone was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. Then when I arrived she and one of the other guys were very apologetic and polite and they handled the situation very well in terms of customer service. I really appreciate this more than everything, because so often these days people working in the service industry are quite short and rude with customers, the women and gentleman working at Prime that day were excellent and I felt very good about the way I was treated-Thank youNow for the pizza! Wow! Sensational, I got the Sicilian spicy pepperoni crispy- You see I'm from Buffalo NY and the Sicilian pizza is just a regular pizza in Buffalo, thats how its made mostly everywhere-square cut with spicy pep, in Buffalo we call it Cup n Char, because the pep curls like a cup and pools the pork grease and the corners char just perfect. So when I heard they had this type of pizza I had to try it, it was awesome! Make the drive to Burbank and support this pizzera it is the best pizza in Los Angeles-get this pie and come back and tell me how tasty it was. I'm going to review it properly on FOOD FRIDAY on my Youtube channel as I want people to see and taste how delicious the pizza is. It's made with quality pepperoni and cheese and the dough is crusty around the edges and soft up the square, just the way pizza ought to be!Thank you very much Prime Pizza for making a great pizza, thanks for treating me right I will always recommend your place and will be a return customer. And lastly...thanks for the free cold slice while I waited, it was great gesture as well.-Travel Man Dan

Best pizza in Brooklyn is one of my favorite pizza spots (tie with John’s of Bleeker street in NY) so I have to say I was disappointed with all but one of the slices I had today at prime. Maybe I just came in on the wrong day because the whole experience was a bit off, including the guy behind the counter that kept having issues with the credit card machine. We had a few pepperoni slices, a cheese slice, and a square slice. The square was good and it influenced my 3 star rating. I can see how if LA pizza is all you have tried, you will think this pizza is amazing. I really was hoping that it would be just as good as Best Pizza in NY, but maybe that is where I went wrong…expecting perfection. I’ll be back to give it another shot. Hoping round 2 is better.

3 slices of cheese pizza - 5 ?!This is my second Prime Pizza review. Prime Pizza makes excellent thin crust pizza and offers it up by the slice which is often what I'm looking for as a good, quick and tasty lunch. They seem to be slowly rolling put an LA based expansion with more locations coming out over the year. I was happy to see the experience I had at the first location was matched by their Burbank expansion.I sort of vaguely remember an Italian deli style place in the spot before but happy that Prime Pizza took over. The building sits on its own lot and there is parking plus good street parking. They have a great, large outdoor patio that is on the best side of the building for afternoon shade. In a city full of pizza options, Prime Pizza is one worth visiting.

Have so many fond memories of this place every time I go there the people are so sweet. On my birthday they went out of their way to wish my a happy birthday and throw in a complimentary item. When they used to have the order window the guys would go over the pizza options with me and give their recs for what was best. Their service is quick and their lunch deals really hard to beat. I one time had a package mis-delivered there and by the time I tracked it down a week later it was there untouched. I think that truly speaks to their integrity. Nothing but nice things to say about them, highly suggest checking them out for good old fashioned quality customer service.

Excellent pizza, just the way this East Coast Italian likes it. Thin crust, lot of sauce and just enough mozzarella cheese. Very friendly employees. I believe that this chain has been rated #1 in Los Angeles.

I love Prime Pizza's pepperoni pizza. Add a little fresh basil and some red chilli flakes, there's nothing better. Not as big a fan of there GrandMa pizza I have to say but who cares when the regular pizza is so outstanding. Their meat balls and sauce are also very good and their wings aren't bad either (but you've got to have their pepperoni pie).

The Grandma is the "go to" pie for us. They use top-notch ingredients and cook to perfection. To clarify a prior post, the Grandma doesn't have ricotta or pesto (the Sicilian does). It's a bit pricey but very worth it. Chatted with the Matthew the GM last night and he provided great service.

I have been waiting a long time to try this pizza place. I have to say, it’s really good. Served in an authentic NY style where they take a slice and heat it (if you’re not buying a whole pie). Crust is crispy and delicious and I thought the pepperoni was really nice also. Not cheap, but good pizza in LA is hard to come by.

Great Pizza! The Grandma and Sicilian pies are extraordinary. A light crispy crust with a tangy sauce and generous amounts of mozzarella make these pies worthy of my rating. The pies have crunchy camalized crusts. The Grandma has ricotta and pesto on top. Add pepperoni and your taste buds go to heaven! Their round pies are thin crust, cheesy and very tasty. On a weekend you better get your order in early because they may run out of dough!

The pizza here is just as good as at the pizza at their Fairfax location. It's so good. Get a slice.
