I visited this location a while back but forgot to give a review, but definitely glad I remembered to. So…I had gone in to place my order but while waiting for it to be ready, I noticed one of the cooks had decided to step out on the side of the building and blow his nose in his hands (several times) all while picking his nose and wiping it on his apron. I was completely disgusted and shocked.I quickly pointed him out to the young lady taking my order, she then came from around the counter and took a glance at who the cook was; looked at me in shock herself and had the nerves to tell me “ma’am he’s on his break, so what!”Honestly….that was all she had to say to me. As soon as my order was ready I tossed it!!!!And GLAD I DID!!! Gross
Called on the phone and place my order asked them if they had the surf and turf. They said yes. Ordered 4 surf and turf meals when I got there and picked them up they were just the shrimp baskets and I was told they don't have surf and turf waste of time.
I haven't been back to Popeyes in a long time since a couple of bad experiences in Vegas but I thought it may be different in cali and the location looked clean so I decided to try again. I ordered 2 of their 2 piece Tuesday meals and a large sweet tea (I specifically told the guy I wanted sweet tea. He charged me and then handed me a large cup. When I went to get my sweet tea there was none to be found. I asked him and he said "Oh yeah, I forgot, we're out." And so now I paid for an empty cup as I don't drink carbonated beverages. Then when I get home I see that they put both orders in the same plate so now I have to share a plate to eat with my friend. Ridiculous and it truly shows why the fast food industry is getting rid of employees.
Service was good , nowhere to wash hands or a restroom , only 2 booths , and where taken by the staff ,
Every time I’ve gone to this franchise the chicken is hot and delicious. One thing, check your bag. Sometimes the employees will give you thighs, when you have requested breast pieces and paid for breast pieces.
Good chicken sandwich and apple pie. Service is lacking in customer appreciation. A lot of items are not available on multiple occasions.

This place is okay if you get a freshly made batch of chicken...but sometimes you end up with pieces that have been sitting for a while. It is hard to understand why a chicken restaurant doesn't have chicken ready to serve their customers during peak times.
Loved the spicy sandwiches ?
Maybe some people have feelings about a bad piece of chicken here and there or customer service both of which I’ve never experienced myself, but besides that this might be in the running for the cleanest safest popeyes in human history and that alone deserves 5 stars
