Ordered chicken two days ago. It was fresh and tasty. Ordered today and instead of spicy, they gave me mild chicken that was old, dry and nasty and made me sick!Reporting this to health department.
Very disappointed never coming back while other customers were coming in and out after me was stuck there for 40 mins just cuz the employees didn’t want to give me my food yet because more customers were coming in but I can careless your service is slow after 10 customers later they decided to give me my food so disappointed so Popeyes do better just because you see customers coming in doesn’t mean you can keep us there for 40 mins ridiculous makes sense why others are giving this place a bad review rather just stay in San Fernando service is way more faster the Burbank.
Last time I was there I was surprised by the quantity of chicken on my order… I order 14 pieces of tenders and what I got was exactly 14 strips of chicken so tiny and thin that look like chicken fingersI asked for a few sauces and I was charged for them on top of thatThe chicken was not good at all as previous times when I order it… I have no idea if is the people preparing this chicken or is the manager on charge but I have always been happy when I get chicken from this place… I don’t recommend this place at all and from now on I rather go to a different place or to the competition
Spicey chicken sandwiches are soon good
We went for a chicken basket of 12 pieces. The chicken in this place always taste great as they are fried properly and very juicy unlike any other fried chicken. Budget friendly chicken and we received it without much of a wait time
Chicken seemed a bit over cooked as it was to crunchy for my liking, it was like bitting in a rock. Tatsed good and staff was friendly.
What a disrespectful general manager at this location her name is Mary M today is September 28 3:40 pm you don’t talk to your customers like that this is so unprofessional if you can’t handle how busy it is how are you even a general manager you need to control yourself plus you have to be an example to your employees nonetheless I say you need more proper training

We like this Popeyes, but ever since they put up this sign it's been hard to justify going! I don't like knowing these employees are at an even higher risk of getting COVID! Especially ironic that you can see its taped over a sign requiring masks.This is easy to fix. We will be happy to go back & fix our review when management takes down this irresponsible sign.
It was small and parking was arkward, but they had the best chicken nuggets you'll ever taste. I didn't even know Popeyes made chicken nuggets ???
