Went to this panda today and my orange chicken looked nasty it looked all like someone took a bite and then left it this has happened before keep in mind. As I continued eating blocking out those pieces of chicken I would continue eating into chicken that had bones inside of it still… also hard nasty chicken. Lastly they gave me a portion of soggy nasty watered down broccoli which wasn’t even on the order.
Really good and always crowded.
Service was excellent, but store hours say 930. I showed up at 845, everything was sold out and there were almost no food options available. I felt awkward having already ordered, so I ordered a bunch of food I never eat that was also cold. I feel like closing an hour early is bad?? Over to you. I won't be showing up at 845 again, that's for sure. Which means I won't eat here, since I get off late.
Never have food ready at lunch or dinnerI understand that you can’t have all items at off times. But at lunch and dinner you should
Food poisoning. Just like to say thanks for screwing up my trip spent more time seeing the inside of bathrooms at Universal studios then seeing attractions sense all I had was a case of the back door plague.
Looked good but not as good as it shudda been. Orange chicken at the Pass Ave one was limp and fatty and no matter it was only 5 pm most food looked worn and was when my friends and family ate it. Though they're both in Burbank the Victory location is much better. I'll skip ever going to the Pass location ever again. It's a NO!
Amazing staff. Always friendly. Best location
First time visiting this location, but left having a great experience. Great food quality, despite it almost being closing time, and very friendly staff. I'll definitely be visiting this location again
This is seriously the best Panda of all the locations I've ever been to
Food was fresh and excellent service.
