Just did the drive thru at the airport Panda in Burbank. VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!! We purchased TWO premium entrees, and specific dishes on 2 "Bigger Plate" meals (3 entrees). THEY GOT EVERY DISH WRONG; no brown rice on either, chow main instead of fried rice, ZERO premium entrees and a side with mushrooms (never ordered by either of us!) When I called, the phone just rang, no way to leave a message. Been here many times before....probably never again.
I usually like this location, but the last few times they have been out of my favorite dish (honey sesame chicken breast) so today I got String Bean Chicken. The flavor was really good but the beans were very hard. I don't understand how you don't have one of your most popular entrees in stock and why it takes almost 2 weeks to get more. Is it a trucking issue?Next time I might try one of the other Panda Locations.
Great food and great service. When I ordered they had ran out of veggie rolls but the staff brought it to my table when they got more made. Thanks

No food spilled~Love their grill teriyaki chicken & orange chicken. They really gave good portion!I ordered their Bigger Plate, 2 sides & 3 entrees. Perfect to share!
Hello, it was a very bad experience with panda today Jan 24, 2022 and two weeks ago. Same lady (skinny one ) always gives such a little portion. Terrible feeling, you can’t ask to put more and u understand that you will pay just for one stripe of chicken and three beans. I am a woman and seriously I got hungry after this meal. Such a little portion, taste was as always pretty good, some rice was glued together in some balls but it was ok with taste. I just don’t know how she can put half of the spoon of food and ask full price for it. Next time I will complain. Will look for better panda restaurants around. Good luck! Pls complain if u see that they give u half of the plate. Maybe they will listen to it.
Their dining room is closed. All the disappointed customers came to Sansai Japanese grill instead and thank goodness for that because the food and service is much better
This Panda Express is right outside the Bob Hope Burbank airport. Very clean, hot delicious food. A lot better than eating airport food. Takes about 7 to 8 minutes to walk there at a fair pace. I suggest the orange chicken in the Beijing beef half fried rice half Chow mein. You can't beat it for $8.50

The good thing about this panda is you never get what you ordered so you always get to try something new. This is the fourth time I've gotten a free upgrade to steak or shrimp entrees. Way to go supervisors and management!
