Quickly after ordering they gave us some freshly made chips and salsa, so I figured this was going to be a good experience. However, I was wrong. The meat in our tacos was cold. The beans and rice in my fiancée’s burrito was also cold. Their salsas were not good either. I decided to go try this place after reading the reviews on Google and social media, but it was definitely not worth it.
The vegetarian selection of tacos is amazing! Sauce is the crack. Anything you eat with the green sauce is going to taste amazing
Okay so I’m pregnant and I was craving tacos for awhile. Wooooww ! This fixed my craving. These tacos are out of this world so good.! So much flavor! They give great portions too. I will be back. Best taco I’ve ever had !
The asada fries was so delicious! Love their green ‘crack sauce’ that they also sell in to go bottles. The cashier was very nice and helpful ?
Not bad, but didn't live up to the hype. We had been hearing about Pablito's for a while, and finally decided check them out. I'm a taco fanatic, and was pretty excited to give them a shot, but I feel kind of mixed about our experience. The fish tacos, al pastor tacos, and yucca fries were bomb! However, the asada tacos were ho-hum. Also, my wife ordered the chicken cilantro soup. It was the most expensive thing in our order, and was horribly bland! I actually had to doctor it up once we got home because it had no flavor at all.The employees are super chill and friendly, which is great, but they left out an item we ordered... like, we ordered it, but when we got home noticed it didn't make it onto the ticket at all somehow. We checked the receipt, and at least we weren't charged. Turned out we ordered enough anyway, but it was still a disappointment.Lastly... I like spicy food. Their green sauce, that everyone seems crazy about, lacks any real heat. I mean, I guess it's an interesting flavor, but just not my thing. We might be back for the fish tacos, yucca fries, al pastor, and friendly vibe, but if I'm in the mood for a spicy taco, there are better options. It's also a bit pricier than some of the other spots in Burbank/NoHo.
Food was very good. Loved my California burrito. The service was quick and friendly. I want to go back and try other things on the menu.
The reviews of this restaurant don’t lie! Pablito’s has been featured on so many articles locally and nationally that it’s outrageous. My friend’s Courtney and Ashleigh suggested this spot for a review because it was easily one of their personal favorites that they order from regularly, and I couldn’t believe how amazing the food was!I can’t say that I have eaten many Peruvian inspired meals, but I would go back to Pablito's any day of the week! Unfortunately, I was only in town long enough to go once, so I went for their most popular dish “Steak “Lomo” Saltado”. This is a popular Peruvian dish that is similar to steak stir-fry served over french fries with a side of rice. The flavors from the steak, onions, and tomatoes were mouth watering, but in my opinion the best part is how all the brilliant flavors drip down onto the fries! Everything about it was cooked perfectly and blended together as a perfected dish. We also shared garlic parmesan wings, fried plantains, and the dulce de leche churro, all of which were incredible and I would easily order again!I could not believe they had stuffed churros, but I guess arriving earlier in the day is better because they ran out of the strawberry by the time we were ordering at 4PM and I bought the last dulce churro. Luckily for me though, dulce de leche is one of my favorite desserts! I would go back just for the churros, but I would definitely try more of their entrees because they all look so good! The hardest part would be not going with the saltado again! My friends have tried a few of the entrees but they always go back now for the Surf and Turf burrito as their favorite.I highly recommend Pablito’s as a place you have to try, especially if you're only in town for a short time! And if my review here was the encouragement you needed to try it, please tell them that The Nomadic Guide recommended you stop by! I would greatly appreciate it.
I’ve been to Pablitos twice. The first time was really good but today it was nothing like the last time . The meat smelled , the sauces including the guacamole are watered down, tortilla was soaked , and the lomo Saltado taco came with no onion, tomato , or potato and the meat was also hard . Most likely never returning . Very disappointed and spent a lot of money .
Amazing green salsa...Fish taco was delicious ?Asada burrito was to die for!!! definitely worth the one hr drive will be back soon ☺️
Best burritos I have tried. It does actually have Tijuana taste. The guys there are awesome, kind and attentive!!I can't wait to return. If they had one of this in Lancaster/Palmdale they would beat their competitors with no doubt!
